AGT's `Aimagine' signs Japanese distribution agreement with Mitsubishi Corporation

AUSTIN, TX, Oct. 19 /CNW/ - AimGlobal Technologies (AMEX and TSE: AGT)
today announced it's Internet Business Software Products division -- `Aimagine
Global Software Company', has entered into a master distribution agreement
with the Japanese business and consumer products giant, Mitsubishi
Corporation. The Company confirmed that `Mitsubishi' and it's wholly-owned
computer products subsidiary, `Sirius' will market and distribute the Aimagine
suite of Synergy Software products in Japan. The Company confirmed that, along
with Synergy products, Mitsubishi currently and strategically also markets and
distributes the Allaire Corporation (NASDAQ: ALLR) ColdFusion product line to
the Japanese marketplace.

Synergy, the Company's line of Internet-enabling business software
products are being marketed by Mitsubishi for it's unique and innovative
solutions for addressing Internet business communication needs of their
Japanese customers requiring communications, business and task management over
the Internet.

Steve deJaray, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AimGlobal
Technologies stated, ``This is a tremendous business opportunity for AimGlobal
as Synergy Software Products emerge as the cutting-edge web-based applications
software, particularly in the Japanese market. Mitsubishi hosted a very
successful launch of Synergy in Tokyo, Japan where their key corporate
