`Aimagine' Division provides Synergy, web-enabling software to University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business

AUSTIN, TX, Oct. 28 /CNW/ - AimGlobal Technologies (AMEX and TSE: AGT)
today announced its Internet Business Software Division - `Aimagine Global
Software Company' has received a material purchase agreement to provide the
University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with Synergy
Enterprise, the Company's web-based communications and business applications
software. The Company confirmed that USC - Marshall School of Business has
purchased and is deploying Synergy Enterprise as their web-based Intranet
framework and suite of collaboration applications for their 2000+ students.

Steve deJaray, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AimGlobal
Technologies stated, ``International acceptance and the success of our
software products continues to grow but this is a pivotal new customer
relationship and a very important entry into our American education and
institutional marketplace. Leveraging ColdFusion experience and our highly
strategic relationship with Allaire Technologies (NASDQ: ALLR) USC will
migrate their existing applications into Synergy's server-based framework
which will automate school administration processes and streamline operations.
Deploying Synergy Enterprise is saving USC valuable time and money. Through
Synergy, USC administration will publish information, announcements and
schedules to their staff and students using the Internet. Synergy's
``Discussion Forum' will provide students and staff greater support and
interaction. Synergy's ``Project Manager' will promote and further enhance
team projects and document control will be managed more efficiently through
Synergy's ``Document Manager'.

deJaray continued, ``This initial step opens a vast new North American
institutional marketplace for Aimagine Software products. For institutional
customers with thousands of users, Synergy's web-based applications and
architecture provide a simple, fast and easy migration to Internet-based
business communications and business management that offers instant Internet
deployment and requires minimal end-user and web administration training.
Institutional customers are increasingly more attracted to software
applications that provide immediate highly secure access to their operational
information using different languages and from anywhere throughout the world
that there is an Internet connection.'

Company's products and services; the size, timing and recognition of revenue
from significant orders; increased competition, changes in Company strategy;
product life cycles; the impact of rapid technological advances, evolving
