Where did you come from?

I have been away for a while. I come back to this thread and I see you insulting the guy who has made most of us a lot of stinkin' money through fundamental genius (forget all that pair trade stuff - that's another discussion altogether).

I hope listening to you will be as fruitful as what we have all gained from Paul.
