I've been on this computer ALL day ( well not ALL day, not every second of every minute of every hour) so I will answer you promptly, but not ALL of your questions.
1) You say, "This ALL does mean ABSOLUTELY ever individual in the world.. but how can that be if not everyone is SAVED" Yes, Jesus is the savior of all men, meaning he died for ALL of mankind, past, present and future. This does not mean all men will be saved. Especially the "saved" means simply the "saved" will benefit from his death. The rest of the "all" will not repent and acknowledge him as Lord and Savior. They will die in their sins. STILL, He died for them also. They are indeed part of the "AAAALLLLLLLL" Aaarrggghh!
Here let me put it this way. Let's say I bought ice cream for all those who participate on this thread. Only Brian received the ice cream. Still I bought it for everyone. There was more than enough so that ALL could have been satisfied. Most declined: their loss. The ice cream was available for ALL. All did not receive. Since you like CAPITALS I figured I'd throw in a few :)

Here's one: Guess which group has this in their bible? In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was a god. This means that He isn't God, but was a smaller god blah blah blah. Seriously, I'm not against JW's. It probably seems like I pick on them. Well, yeah I do. I run into the same problems with them as I do you. They keep beating around the bush:adding a little here, a little there. Oh, but point them to John 2:19 and John 5:23,39,40.
Can you imagine the following two conversations taking place?
a) I'm witnessing to someone who doesn't know the Lord and I quote John 3:16. In place of "world" I say that person's name in order to make it more personal for indeed it is.
b) In your conversation, you say in place of "world" something like "God's chosen elect" or "maybe you, but I'm not God. So, I'm not sure." C'mon friend. He that wins souls is wise. How can you win a soul if you're not even sure God wants him? It's silly if it wasn't so ridiculous.
3)Look.. I'm not lying to you Monu.. Oh,yes you are, but I forgive you. You're like Paul-doing it in ignorance. I hold nothing against you. I just hope you see the God who created you in His image. If Paul was the "chief" of sinners, than I'm quite sure God desires the "less than chief" of sinners. Yes, ALL of them. But He will not force anyone. ALL have a choice.
