Newmont's agreement with Bam will give it a cash infusion(from its latest agreement), which should ensure its future for now. 500K is in the cards very soon, and with all of properties BAM has underway I think it should be fine financially. As you said, "our money is not lost (yet)" I agree, and will be loading up on the cheap stock year-end-sellers are providing. Going for broke.
