I'm interested in them no longer manufacturing the clean rooms, but only installing them. They say it will be profitable. The way I look at it, they only need a qtr of profitability (perhaps early next year) and this stock is worth two bux.

``While we have already made significant reductions to our operating expense structure, we will continue to evaluate further cost reductions with the goal to be
profitable by the first or second quarter of 2000. We are completely rethinking the way we approach our cleanroom business unit and believe our new strategic focus
will enable us to secure new contracts that are more profitable than our traditional approach. We have already begun to benefit from the strategy to outsource the
manufacture of our cleanroom components.

``As we previously announced in our September 13th press release, we have determined to sell our cleanroom components manufacturing business unit. We have
begun this process and intend to have the sale completed by the end of the first quarter of 2000. The sale of this division will significantly reduce our overhead costs,
raise additional working capital, and allow our cleanroom division to provide our customers with a wider range of cleanroom products and services at more
competitive prices.'
