William is glad you're not short pcln because he doesn't want you to "lose money," which I presume he thinks you will if you're short.

pcln has a book value of $1.52 and a return on assets of minus 110% and change. and a return on equity of minus 136%.

now don't short that, hear? we don't want you lose money.

kinda sad, isn't it?
