Wrongo. You do not know Constitutional law, in this instance.

There is nothing in the Constitution, except the recent fabrication of Roe, that prohibited states from regulating or banning abortion.

Prior to the bad law of Roe that was widely recognized. That is the essence of Federalism. States could choose.
