If you are thinking of investing you may want to look at E - MULTIACTIVE SOFTWARE as a large competitor to BPI. I don't have an investment in either BPI or E but as I understand it E puts out a very similar product for a similar cost ($99) and had Year-to-date revenues of $18.71-million. In other words E already has a big chunk of this market which makes BPI's job a lot harder.
