Saw that! The 10-K is very long and I haven't read the whole thing yet, but here are some interesting #'s.
Earnings per share=$1.15 (as expected) Assets = $84,953,000 Liabilities = $59,316,000 Assets-Liabilities = $25,637,000 = $4.43/share Cash on hand = $15,784,00 = $2.73/share
Looks good to me! Once the info in the 10-K is digested, I think we'll mkove back to the $4-$5 range. If China, rubber gets hot, we could go up fast. If the company does the smart thing and buys some shares back at these ridiculous prices, we could be up to $10.00 ($1.00 pre-split) which was my initial goal for this stock.
