What about the possibility that Travelers sees great potential in prln which isn't going to require micromanagement or pouring in of tremendous resources to bring to fruition but rather a few relatively simple but judicious spur kicks in the flank provided easily enough at the right time with barely any heavy breathing by a wheeler-dealer DOW cowboy like Travelers?
