My understanding is that mgmnt bet wrong and screwed up BIG

They got wrapped up in the margin compression resulting from hardware prices getting screwed into the ground. They dumped this line of business and took the hit. I trust there are many others who are also being hit hard by this market shift. The remaining business is core services and the management knows how to run a service organization. Their excuse of using Y2K to explain revenue shortfall was lame and cost them a ton of credibility with the analysts. This will take time to fix and there may be too much damage done and it may not be repairable.
