If I did my math correctly, it appears HWP owners are effective owners of .37 shares of Agilent (A) for every share of HWP owned. Of 452M A shares issued, HWP owns 84.1% or 380.1 Million. HWP's total outstanding shares are 1.02B, so 380.1M divided by 1.02B yields 0.373. Does this sound correct? I wonder what will happen to the value of HWP shares when the A shares are distributed? I presume it may go down by an equivalent amount.
