James, Williams does seem to be out in front in some ways. If one has a notion that they might want to enter the transparent optical space in the WAN, there are few other alternatives at this time, where lambdas can be attained without major arm twisting. And it doesn't hurt them that they have a fiber swap relationship with MFNX. Certainly, the last place one would go for pure optical across WAN distances is to one of the big three. I think that they are on to something here. And more power to them for stepping up to the plate. Regards, Frank Coluccio
