If the controversy was forced by the "fact cooking" and fraud committed by the plaintiff and her lawyers this also violates basic legal principles concerning legal standing, ripeness and justiciability.

Point well taken.

Nonetheless, it is an interesting question, whether the Roe v. Wade decision as it stands constitutes good law. For those of us who have taken a few courses in law, it is interesting to have the opinions of people who actually have studied it and practice.
