Gen 1:1..In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth........Period
It does not say when.....Just that he created them....We know that He created....man....some 6000 yrs ago.....but the earth is millions of yrs. old, and any one with any common sense knows that....the scientific worlds mocks the christians who say....this world is no older than 6-7000 yrs. old....
Gen. 1:2...And the earth WAS WITHOUT form and void;.....
Was...in the manuscripts is the word ..hayah #1961 Hebrew...and that is the word "became"..The earth "Became"...void
Look up the word "became"...Gen.2:7..and man became a living soul...you will find that it is the same word as "Was"..#1961...to show that "was"...is actually the word "Became"..
Without...in the manuscripts is the word ..tohu #8414 Hebrew... and that is the word ..desolation..a wilderness...
The only other time this word appears in the manuscripts,(#8414) is in Jeremiah 4:23...same exact word.."I beheld the eart and it was "Without' form.....no other time is it use in the Bible
just more confirmation from the word of our father.
So the earth "Became" a "desolation".....
God creadted it again.!....
2 Pt.3:6...Whereby the world that "then" was, being overflowed with water, "Perished"...
Perished..# 622 Greek,..."appollumi...is to destroy "Fully"..nothing left...Nothing..no man, no birds, no olive branch...Nothing...
So Peter could not have been talking about Noah's flood....

And Jeremiah could not have been talking about Noah's flood..!
So God created the heavens and earth ...Period....and then they "became" void and without form....Because God shook it, and destroyed what was....and of course that happened at the overthrow of satan...Katabole...but that is another study..
And of course one's salvation does not hinge upon believing this...but with proper study and open eyes it becomes very clear...Father's word is crystal clear...

Evolution?...Now that is a "crackpot" theory...Or more sinister than that....it is a lie from the camp of satan....an atheistic theory.....and I am not throwing stones at anyone...Just stating a fact...the theory of evolution was cleverly designed to usurp the powers of God...and all who subscribe to it boldy challenge the word of God ignorantly....some even with malice knowing the facts.....They call God a liar...and discredit His written word.
