the fiscal year ended 12/31/98, revenues rose 13% to HK$587.8 million. Net income according to US GAAP fell 56% to HK$57.9 million. Revenues benefited
from the leasing of additional APSTAR IIR transponders. Earnings were offset by a HK$114.3 million item included in depreciation for APSTAR IIR in 1998.
