May want to check out ATS as possible China play -- profitable satellite-company that has NOT yet run up on the WTO news. It's on the NYSE rather than the NAZ, and float is pretty big (almost 19 million, out of 52-1/2M outstanding) -- which probably means less volatility than other China-related stocks. But since it's still barely above its recent normal trading range, downside may be very limited and upside could be -- who knows?...

For the FY ended 12/31/98, revenues rose 13% to HK$587.8M.
Net income according to US GAAP fell 56% to HK$57.9M.
Revenues benefited from the leasing of additional APSTAR
IIR transponders. Earnings were offset by a HK$114.3M item
included in depreciation for APSTAR IIR in 1998.
