JL - You may want to check with your broker re warrant deals. TD Waterhouse says that as of last August, the deal (at least with them) is 1w + $2.03 for 1 common. At that rate the w's are no deal at all. Be careful & check with your broker. I talked with SCKT's CFO & he says its much like we thought, so there is a difference of opinion or interpretation. Perhaps going direct thru transfer agent (a hassle) is another better way to go. Good luck, I'm out my w's. Sportfish.
