Oh, I don't dispute your right to disagree with the conclusions of law. I certainly don't dispute your right to claim that the facts were bogus, either. But you haven't made your case for that, nor does it appear that you can. If you prefer to drop it as futile, and discuss the law, I am willing to discuss the law.
