True, but the flip side is that demand for the Xmas season seems to be higher than expected, and Intel is having difficulty filling orders beyond what was initially promised. This would seem to point to a stronger than expected December, especially for boxmakers with sufficient inventory to satisfy demand (i,e, CPQ, HWP, et. al.). My guess is that the Dec + will balance out the Oct -.

On a completely different tack, how are you able to do a detailed cash flow analysis of LU without a 10-K?
