Perhaps someone could answer this question. How is it that UPS, which went out on IPO the day after CHTR, can start with broker recommendations prior to the 25 day quiet period? biz.yahoo.com Also, I am seeing news releases on UPS, i.e. China deal. In contrast to CHTR with nothing. ~Sarkie #1
