We had several Estonian programmers in Stockholm conference and when I asked the impressions, we talked only about cellphones, etc.
The question was, who I do need to use phone keyboard to make an order, when I can just call and order. My answer was, that it's not to You as a customer, but it's for the business where You make the order. You can now also go to bank office to make the transfer, but You are using the internet for this purpose. Why? Because internet transfer is free, but dealing in bank office, You have high service fees. Decreasing the business transaction costs is the key issue here.
This was explaining them everything.
