I learned about the newsletter from posting on SI. I think it's a good tool. It's sent out daily, and seems to give what most online investors want; to-the-point information/recommendations on stocks that are showing lots of life. It's not always right, but I'd say 75% of the time it's pretty close. It usually stays away from the OTC stocks too. Here is the "how to":
