Edamo,

Does selling intermediate-term, deep in the money puts make sense to you (say 50s -- looking for an increase in DELL share price), or would look for more time value by selling at the money puts?

I think I have taken an arrow from your quiver. I sold deep in the money puts on TYC when it was at $39. Not much time value (only $1) but now the stock is trading at near $45 <VBG!!!>. I figured that with beaten down stocks I have a good chance to see a nice January effect, so I chose a January expiration.
