ID Four Ltd. Expands Online Digital Distribution of the enPact Family of Software Products
WAYNE, PA, Nov. 18 /CNW-PRN/ - ID Four Ltd. (OTC:BB-IDFR) is pleased to announce that the company has entered into an agreement with NetSales Inc. of Overland Park, KS, to offer Cashco Management Inc.'s (OTC:CSHKE - news) enPact family of software products for online digital distribution via established online channels supplied by Navarre Corporation(NASDAQ:NAVR - news), a major distributor of consumer software products, DVD products, and music titles servicing mainstream retailers nationwide and Ingram Micro (NYSE:IM - news), the world's largest wholesale provider of technology products and services.
Recently, NetSales Inc. (www.netsales.com) was selected as premier provider of their electronic software distribution (ESD) services by both Ingram Micro (www.ingrammicro.com) of Santa Ana, CA, and Navarre Corporation (www.navarre.com) of New Hope, MN. NetSales Inc. is one of the oldest and most trusted providers of full-service, outsourced e-commerce solutions for online, digital distribution, and business-to-business processes including automated fulfillment of digital software products.
Ingram Micro's resellers include some of the Internet's largest and most popular online stores. NetSales is aggregating electronic software distribution (ESD) products for Ingram Micro to distribute to their resellers. The solution creates a complete fulfillment chain using the Internet where software publishers can make their titles available to Ingram Micro for real- time electronic ``drop shipment' of products and licenses to its reseller network.
In addition to the physical distribution services already contracted to Navarre Corporation, ID Four Ltd. will now be able to utilize Navarre's digital distribution to facilitate delivery of the enPact family of products to resellers and consumers. We can now offer our retailers a limitless digital catalog of products for resale to their consumers.'
Initial Ingram Micro and Navarre Corporation channel stores include but are not limited to: Amazom.com, Bestbuy.com, Chumbo.com and Buy.com.
ID Four Ltd. is under exclusive agreement to market and distribute Cashco Management Inc.'s family of enPact software products (www.enpact.com) which include enPact Y2K Software Compliance Tool, enPact SU-Single User and enPact SBE-Small Business Edition 3 User Network Contact Managers.
