I think you need a serious reality check. Those results you listed below are pie-in-the-sky. TSIG will not come close to that in the next year, let alone in the 1st quarter. I would think that revenues of $100,000 to $150,000 for the 1st quarter would be excellent. I suggest you go and look at CDNow's history. Do you know how many YEARS it took them to reach $1,000,000 in *yearly* revenues???? You really need to do some research on others in the on-line CD market and you will understand that to expect TSIG to generate $1.8 million in revenues for the 1st quarter is totally ridiculous.

P.S. I assume you are expecting those revenues from LL, which is expected to hit in the first quarter according to the PR. Either way, $1.8 million in revenues is a pie-in-the-sky estimate for all of FY2000, in my opinion.
