CB: In your opinion, the "facts" do not support a conclusion that the facts were cooked or possibly misrepresented. I disagree. An opinion. Second I was initially responding to a general comment about "fact cooking" and relevance to the case. You do not believe the facts matter to the ultimate decision, I do. Another opinion whatever you may believe. As a practicing lawyer I find it hard to believe you do not believe that the presentation of facts may affect the legal outcome, but that is your opinion. I do not believe we have exhausted the subject, but I am content to agree to disagree and leave the matter alone. I do not believe that your ad hominems are really aiding in your assertions to the contrary. JLA
