uniView SOFTGEN To Deliver Computer Telephony Solutions Worldwide for the HSBC Group Using uniView SOFTGEN CIMphony(TM) Software Products

uniView SOFTGEN, a subsidiary of uniView Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:UVEW), today announced the recently completed negotiations for a five year global purchase agreement with HSBC (The Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation) Holdings plc., parent of the HSBC Group (NYSE:HBC), the third largest banking and financial services organization in the world with assets of USD 490 billion and operating in 79 countries.

Under the terms of agreement, uniView SOFTGEN, a global provider of Enterprise Computer Telephony Integration software, will deliver computer telephony solutions in HSBC Call Centers around the world. The strategic partnership agreement, worth up to an estimated $5 million, is for a 5 year term and covers software licenses, consultation, installation and implementation services. uniView SOFTGEN's CIMphony call center software is already successfully installed in a number of HSBC locations including the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Hong Kong, Australia, and Malaysia with Saudi Arabia and Taiwan currently being installed. Additional countries are scheduled for immediate roll-out including Jersey (Channel Islands), Canada and India.
