TriiBoy, A belated thanks for pointing out the two buyers of the PP. They are indeed "real" investors, value players not just out for a quick buck. Or such is my perception of them, anyway. Some interesting posts on the Yahoo thread, some of the cons seem to be a little silly, but they are, I'm sure, FAQs. The biggest problem in the US, I am still guessing, will be the power and the anxiety of radiologists as a group. Thanks much for your contributions here and there. Regards, Sam (32 3/4)
