upbeating.

Dear Jerome,

Thanks for your interest, and sorry its taken awhile to get back to
you.

We've been working hard on what amounts to a major turn-around and will
have some things to say this week or next. Keep an eye on our web
site.

In general, I've turned over the Development team and hired a new
VP/Development, consolidated the R&D projects into a few focused areas,
identified some vertical market segments that are very promising, done
a
beta install in one major installation that bodes well for others; cut
back expenses dramatically, and am striking some deals with external
companies. Still need to do some Mrktg/NBD hiring, and we'll need a
quarter or two for all this to start showing up on the top and bottom
line, but we do have some VERY good opportunities to go after.

On the Internet side we're striking some deals that I hope we can talk
about over the next few months.

We just published the 10-K, with results that are in line with previous
quarters. Just as importantly note our 8-K filings regarding
purchasing stock back from former management members. That'll take
some
of the pressure off the stock in Dec.

We'll start doing more communications very soon. Thanks for your
continuing interest. I think we've seen the trough.
