GB,
It's hard to believe that with all you know, that you've gotten yourself in a snit over a stupid typo. The 400MM share authorization was "...barfed..." all over the threads by the AINNONites weeks ago - and everyone knows the real numbers. No big deal.
They updated the website last night and (..since Albert is not the sharpest pencil in the box..) either he, or the webhead, baubled the typing and/or missed it in the proofing (..if that little task was even performed..).
Some yayhoo on RB went into terminal "..P&D..", when he right-clicked on the site and saw the updated "..version.." date as yesterday; "..Dooooooh.."!!
Humor is where you find it, I guess..!! :-)
It's not really feasible to go from 200MM authorized to 400K overnight - without a major news blurb; and Dynamic Danny is still out of the office. As you noted, when brought to their attention - it was apparently promptly corrected.
Considering that the website lay fallow for freakin' months, I'm surprised they still know how to edit it...!!
There is a complete new website running in the background (TTBOMK), and I'm sure it's getting the lion's share of the attention. First to see it still gets a crisp $1 and unstomped ketchup pack from McDonalds.
I was kind of hoping you still had some LGOV, or would have gotten in over the last two days. I meant to "..ping.." you on it, and I apoligize if I forgot.
It's seems pretty likely to me, that CalTex will drop a log when they come to realize that the Arabs got the deal because they fumbled the ball when it was brought to the Pointy-Haired-Bosses by their middle-management - months ago..!!
It most certainly will get SHV's attention, and probably twist their CEO's nose about 180 - as he muffed the deal on us last year. Exxon also has a huge LPG terminal online along the coast (TTBOMR), and LGOV would be a damn convenient (..if not the only..) way into central China for them as well.
I once stated that I would be all too bloody happy "..just to have the Brachs Lemon Drop concession.." through LGOV; and that still holds true. If I could sell one lemon drop to 2-Billion people at $0.001 profit - the rest of my life would be spent overlooking the lake in Dillon, CO and driving my Navigator to Le France for dinner every night..!!
You're kind of a momentum guy, for Pete's sake - at least ride the wave, ol' Kahuna..!!
