Why did they increase the authorized to 400M? From the filingPrior to September 27, 1999, there were 200,000,000authorized shares of Common Stock of which 186,013,021 shares were issued/outstanding. However, on September 27, 1999, the Board of Directors passed a resolution to increase the authorized shares to 400,000,000 with a par value of $0.001.
