Thanks for the info, I just got off the horn with PLCO I.R. and got some further clarification...

+ The warrants (PLCOW) expire Dec 29 2002
+ The warrant strike price is $5.00
+ The conversion factor is 1 warrant & $5.00 for 1 PLCOP
+ There are 5.8 million shares of common outstanding
+ There are 5.8 million shares of PLCOP of which 4.2 million can be converted after Dec. 29th, but the ones you buy now on the market are in that 4.2 million group.

Another thing she told me that I was unaware of is that the Dec 29th PLCOP conversion to PLCO is not automatic...it's at the discretion of the PLCOP holder to convert whenever they wish after Dec 29th, but they can hang on long after that if they wish without converting.
