Greenleaf Technologies Corp. Files A Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the SEC
Austin, Texas - November 18,1999 - Greenleaf Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: GLFCE) ("Greenleaf"), announced today that the Company filed a Form 10-SB Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").
The SEC process for the SEC comments and the Company's resulting amendments to the form 10-SB is expected to take 45 to 90 days thereafter. Because of certain rule changes it currently is anticipated that the Company's stock will not be quoted on the Bulletin Board from December 2, 1999 for a period of 30 to 75 days. Although the Company intends to be in full compliance with the new reporting requirements by the end of the 75 days, there is no guarantee that this will occur.
The Company's stock will be quoted on the "pink sheets" during the time period that its stock is not quoted on the Electronic Bulletin Board.
