And this should prompt many analysts to increase their NAV.

The only thing I don't like is the model which calls for a mining rate of 5,100,000 tons a year...I have a problem with this. Why not leaving the low grade stuff away. They would then mine only 3,900,000 tons a year or 23% less tonnage, but would still mined almost 93% of the silver. I guess they figure that the high capital costs will be compensated by the lower opreating cost.

Anyway... this BAY gonna be taken over..so who cares.
