Consider the following scenario. Ericiy is bidding for handset division and is easily outbid by others (say nokia). But ericy wants the handset division badly or (even more) does not want nokia to get it. So it threatens to dispute earlier sale as it fears value of infra div is some how is less now as nokia has the hand set division. Does this
make sense at all? Of course one could substitute nokia by any other competitor of ericy if it makes more sense that way.
