Here's Flyintigress's post on RB#4368. News clarafication... Just talked to Dana Verrill President of MDMI. Here's the latest: The company's forming Overland Beverage because of success with the Bawls brand. The approach used will be to set up Overland to develop the beverage distribution business. MDMI will keep Bawls until Overland is a firmly established business. Mr Verrill said, "this market is interesting with tremendous potentials". As for the shares and spinoff... MDMI's in the process of completing. This deal should be finalized before the end of the year I was told. Good luck all and GOOOOO MDMI!!
