OK, heres an E-Mail I recieved from dave Dunlap about the warrents.

>>Socket's warrants each have an exercise price of $8.40 per share. Each
warrant converts into approximately 4.25 shares of common stock. The
warrant exercise period expires on June 5, 2000.

Example. Buy one warrant at $7.00 per share and exercise it at $8.40 to get
4.25 common shares. Average cost per common share is $8.40 + 7.00 = $15.40
divided by 4.25 = $3.62 per share.

The warrant may be called by the Company with 30 days notice after the
average 20-day stock price is above $3.00.
