Lather, thank you. I need clarifications of that stuff. The doctor's don't tell you anything about where you are, or options.

However, I just got a call back from the surgeon's office on a possible Dec 28 operation, and I asked them what I should be on, and they said "crutches." They don't want me taking endoset, because of the addictiveness, I believe. (It was hard to get out of her exactly why.)

It is amazing to me, personally, that these things are that addictive to some people. I don't think it's a problem though, not taking them, because they aren't doing much compared to doing nothing; using "atrophy" as the pain control mechanism, so what the heck. Besides, I can't handle these people panicking or hassling me about it. Isn't worth it.

I think I will take up Croc and CM's and everyone's suggestions. I do have a bathtub, outside; and I can pet cats.
