Tell us about that big IBM contract. Are we in "final development" yet? How exactly could we have been in final development six months ago if the IBM contract hadn't been signed? Explain to us how a web site non-exclusively developed by an third party for a few million dollars justifies a market cap of ~$300 million? What exactly is TMRT's competitive advantage? Is TMRT's technology patented? How does TMRT intend to compete with multi-billion dollar competitors such as Ebay, Microsoft, Amazon?

Tell us about the outstanding track record of TMRT management. Explain to us how their real estate background qualifies them to run an internet company. By the way, how much did they pay for their shares? And tell us about those holding companies that have been selling shares?

Tell us about TMRT's finances. Where exactly is the money going to come from to pay off the IBM contract? Explain to us why the company was delisted. When is the site going live? When does the "countdown" end?

You have called TS a liar and a stock manipulator. Other than his opinions about the stock price etc, his accusations are all supported by public documents including the shareholder suits and TMRT's own SEC filing and public announcements. What exactly in the record are you disputing, John? Where are the lies, John? Rather than shouting about manipulation and spouting off nonsense about football games, how about addressing the real issues for a change?
