I have had it with waterhouse and promised to post this as a warning to anyone considering them as a broker. I wrote this to them this morning after yet another nightmare began...

10:25 in the AM, INTC is trading up over 2 points and I get a "real time
quote" from your "improved site....

INQDQ

These are yesterday's numbers. It is currently trading at almost 6 bucks a
contract. I could attach all the previous e-mails we have exchanged about
your lousy option quotes but your server would probably crash from the huge
load of traffic dating back over a year.

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIRE YOUR QUOTE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have talked and talked about this and I always get the answer that it
will be fixed soon. It has been over a year! I am a regular and highly
followed poster on Silicon Investor and we are about to embark on a massive
smear campaign of your company due to your total incompetance. You have
redisigned your site to "look" pretty but it has added little inthe way of
functionality, it has actually slowed down navigation and the most important
feature of getting accurate quotes is HORRIBLE! I get better real time
quotes from a free provider (Thompson real time) and also have always had
reliable service from DLJ and Schwab.

Why don't you null the contract with your current provider and get a new one
using all that IPO money you just got.

This message will be posted on the Silicon Investor site on numerous boards.
I have had it with you guys. I liked the service at your local branch but
have had to keep most of my cash in other broker's accounts due to your lack
of web service.
