SGI will continue to own the LFC patents and intellectual property until the occurrence of certain milestones. At that time, SGI will transfer its LFC patents to a new operating company, which will be formed by SGI and Mitsubishi Corporation, and Mitsubishi Corporation will then make a predetermined payment to SGI through its subsidiary MLFC.

Has this agreement changed since January 1999?

Is SGII giving away its future (patents) for some cash?

What other products does SGII have that are as valuable as LFC?

How will the cash be put to good use to benefit the shareholders?

How much of the newly formed company will SGII own?

Will the newly formed company go public? If yes, how will SGII shareholders benefit?
