You sure have put a positive spin on this release. My take isn't as positive, though I own quite a lot of shares. First off, Lang isn't putting any real money for those 15 cent shares. Instead he is trading in indebtedness for these shares. Where the hell did that $230K of indebtedness come from...was it big fat consulting fees ? Absolutely no value was added to this company this past year, so why does he need to be paid $230K or 10% of the market cap of the company.

This continuous share dilution is very annoying. Since 1996 the number of shares outstanding has doubled with absolutely no value added to the company other than staying alive.
