To all Starpoints investors who feel they have been defrauded !!!

I have been following STS since last year when they first ran up on news of an aquisition in Angola. I was going to buy but was warned by a Deep Throat on Howe Street that Harry Bristman is an ***hole and a very big one at that. He should not be trusted as he had prior dealings at Banff that was not reputable. I stayed away from STS then but because I like diamonds and the West Africa region I instead bought Loumic (LOO-VSE) at 25 - 30 cents. They have a 25 % interset in diamond exploration in Sierra Leone done by a private company Casierra Diamond Corporation.

All winter long I waited for LOO to move up but as you can see from the charts it stayed flat line until even now while STS stayed up and then mysteriously fell down below 30 cents. Loumic will have its day very soon as news of a major diamond acquisition in Sierra Leone will be announced. Last year Malaysia Mining Corp confirmed offshore diamonds and the onshore (KONO at KOIDU and HIMA at SEWA river)have established diamond reserves.

This will be a move like STS in August 1996 ( $ 1.50 - $ 2.00) but the difference is that production financing is in place and the principal players are trustworthy and have invested their own money in it. The other partners are Frank Lang of Lang Mining Group and Phrygian (PHG-VSE)

I would like to point out that in a month or two you will have the opportunity to bail out your losses in STS if you invest in Loumic NOW. Transfer the 25 cents from STS to LOO and see what happens !! STS has only downside and no upside whereas LOO has only one way to go. It has been down all winter already when the big boys were ACCUMULATING.

If you feel too burned or untrusting then just follow the LOO charts and in July I can say that I politely gave you a good hot tip but it is still your choice.

The inability to procure the DMS Sortex and the unacceptabilty to VSE was all a carefully preplanned set up and the subsequent halt was orchestrated to cause the big drop in order to bail out the shorts who were there all along and connected to the big boys at the VSE. You will not find the trading of these shorts in the insider reports because it was done by proxies in offshore trading accounts. Yes, I have one too.

When you buy into a company check out the actual owners and talk to them in person if possible. Check their reputation and see if they were honest before and if they are working hard to make it succeed. Another good buy now is Frank Lang Valerie Gold (VLG-VSE). Look at their chart and news releases and yuo will see that there are very undervalued. They have 22 million cash in the bank and with just ovwer 11 million shares they have a $ 2.00 cash value. They have a very prospective gold property in Mexico (Mamatla) that was devalued by Nesbitt Burns from 17 dollars to 7 dollars. Check that one out as they now in the $ 2.00 range due to the Bre-X factor.

It will be fruiless to pursue legal means with these STS theieves because they have lawyers that are paid to cover the tracks and paint the rosy picture. Better to find another quickie to flip and recover the losses. I hope that you do not think that I am promoting LOO or VLG. I have quietly invested in LOO for over a year and am patiently waiting. Valerie Gold just caught my attention now that it has hit bottom. You can only make money if you buy low when few others are interested in buying and sell high when many others want in. Who was into STS when it was 40 cents !!!! Who bought at $ 2.00 and who sold on the way down. The answer is painful.

You can ignore my little tip and just find my comments entertaining but investigate those charts and news release for yourself. Take note of the price of company options and the nominees of the private placement and you will begin to see who will make money on the run up and who will lose. Check out the previous affiliations of Harry Bristman on the Canada Stockwatch and inquire about him.

A sympathetic investor also interested in diamonds in West Africa.
My name will be posted here on June 2, 1997. Good luck on your investing and hope that you get some back.
