Michael, thank you very much.

For one of the most valuable posts I have ever read on SI.
You just confirmed many of my thoughts and concerns over investing
in either of these companies prior to this acquisition announcement
and the resultant discount. Long PASW and loving the "no brainer".

PS - do you agree with the earlier comment that PASW probably dumped
as much baggage into the earnings pipeline this quarter as possible
to make the acquisition accretive to the combined entity sooner?

PPS - Just noticed that you have been a member since July 1996 and
only posted once in the last few months. Must feel strongly about this
one, huh? Makes me feel even better.
