Well, John, if the Judge is off base, the normal Microsoft reaction would be not to cooperate in any way, and look for vindication in another court -- via an appeal or appeals. If, however, you are wrong, and the Judge has accurately assessed the facts, then Microsoft would likely attempt to begin negotiations aimed at a "resolution" of the matter before one is imposed on them. When all the yelling and screaming is done, we can tell which is accurate by watching Bill G.'s actions. Making any bets? tso
