Usually it's a good thing when management personally owns a lot of stock in a company --- usually that creates warm fuzzies in outsider shareholders. But maybe when insiders own the majority of the stock, they're not as sensitive to the interests of outsider shareholders.

I was disappointed at the four-color slickness of the 1996 annual report. Seems that it should've been in courier font on Xerox paper and I would've been a lot happier to see management recognize the value of cost-cutting.
