After reading all of the political propaganda..one thought comes to my mind..The first contact I had with Racial Descrimination
in Florida..I was at a Flea Market in Central Fla. standing in line
for a soda on a hot 99+ day..when I noticed an elderly greying
black man standing to the side, watching three young white customers who were in front of me, It suddenly occured to me
that he was waiting for the whites to be served first..When it came time to serve me..I was livid' I did not know whether to belt' him for waiting or the waitress for serving whites first..I took
the course of least resistence and when she ask for my order..I sweetly said to her..Honey' this gentleman has been waiting for a long time for you to wait on us "white folks first" would you please be so kind as to serve him next..as I grandly stood aside for him to get in front of me and place his order ;-) You should have seen the look on her face..Bet she will never forget the incident nor will I ;-)

I have seen so much Discrimination in this unholy state both in
jobs and salary. I have seen the Black population shortchanged
so damn badly it is pathetic..Publix Supermarkets is the worst offender..against blacks and females..They have lost Lawsuits in both and yet they continue the practice..Jim Crow is alive and well here...:-( You must never forget that Lakeland, Florida is the
National Hdq of the KKK. I have seen an anti black demonstration
at a Publix Supermarket where they wore sheets and headgear..very tragic on the mid 90's...
There is a need for these laws in this state, and Jeb Bush knows that..He is just scoring points with the "good old boy" club ;-(
