You just sit back now, and figure....who could do that for them that they could knock off with stock and 100 Million....and get in the way if you can. Are they going to take out a private like BlueGill, or Interface or Xenos or JIT or BillServ...who fits that? My guess is BlueGill a Private that links them back into Chase, CitiBank, BankOne & AT&T. BlueGill has a lot of Wins out there in the Market, and is who CheckFree & BillServ Use. Too stinking bad they are not public. bluegill.com
